Company has entered a sales agreement with m/s. Nissho Iwai American Corporation for export of Alpha Naphthyl Acetic Acid – Tech to U. S. A. They have also registered our product under FPA Act of U. S. A.
Company is also having export arrangement with m/s. Mitsui & co. Japan.
Diversification
In 1994, company diversified its activities and started a new unit at Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, Ankleshwar viz. Sabari Aromatics Private Limited with an authorized capital of Rs. 20.00 lakhs. Products like Benzyl Chloride. Benzyl Acetate, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzaldehyde etc. Were transferred there and to-day we could achieve a turnover of Rs. 200.00 lakhs there too. The total asset of this company is also to the tune of Rs. 250.00 lakhs.
